Lot’s of happenings this month… please read and pass it on:
- The neighborhood Yard Sale will be held on October 12 from 8am – 12pm. Participation is free to all residents and registration is recommended. A local charity will have a truck at the pool starting at 11:30 to accept your unsold items for donation. You can also make arrangements for them to pick up larger furniture items – just stop by to coordinate details.
We will post signs at both entrances and along main streets of the neighborhood, but sellers are asked to post their own signs to direct traffic to their house, especially those living on side streets/cul-de-sacs. Ads will be placed in the local paper as well as on Craigslist. For more info and to register, please contact Leslie Brockman at 303-2195 or email.
- The 3rd Annual Gator 5k and 1 Mile Gator Crawl will take place on Saturday, October 26. Register NOW until October 13 and get your exclusive race T-shirt! Print the Gator 5k Reg Form and submit to Eileen Horn at 106 Erlwood Ct.
- A notice about street closings for the race is being distributed to ALL RESIDENTS. Please check your mailbox/underneath slot for the flyer or read HERE. The race committee appreciates your cooperation in helping to keep our runners safe.
- C’mon up to our annual Neighborhood Pig Pickin’ on Saturday, October 26 at 2:00pm – immediately following the race. This fun event is sponsored by the HOA and free for all residents. Food will be catered by Backyard Bistro and you need only to bring a beverage and chair. Please RSVP to Kevin McElroy.
