- All exterior changes must be approved, in writing, by the Architectural Review Board (ARB) prior to the homeowner making any changes.
- A homeowner must complete and submit an Architectural Change App to the ARB for approval for changes to the existing structure or major landscaping. Click on the link below to print the form.
- A Change App is usually not required for minor touch ups or repairs to property, or to replace an existing item (i.e.: painting exterior same color, replacing shingles with same color/type, repairing existing deck with same materials… etc.)
